Three generations of restaurant expertise brought my family from California bakeries to Colorado's authentic bagel scene with passion and dedication.

My journey began in high school, working alongside my parents who operated a successful donut bakery and Chinese food restaurant in California for over twenty years. I learned every aspect of the business—from early morning prep to customer service excellence.

Drawing from decades of baking expertise and restaurant management, I saw an opportunity to bring authentic New York-style boiled bagels to Colorado. The transition from donuts to bagels felt natural, building on the same foundation of fresh, quality baking.
